Delivery options

Available delivery options, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. They must be confirmed against the actual fulfilment service before the site goes live.

Dispatch

Dispatch is subject to order review and confirmation. Do not rely on an estimated dispatch date until it has been confirmed by the configured order and fulfilment process.

Packaging and storage

Handling, packaging and storage must follow the applicable product documentation and legal requirements. Refer to the material-specific documentation before research use.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us with the order reference and supporting details. Your rights are set out in the returns policy.

Where we deliver

The territories we can serve are determined by the configured payment, shipping and compliance controls. Confirm availability before ordering.
